Ingredients
50grunsalted butter
4 tbspflour
500mlwhole milk
200grgrated cheese blend
250grbacon pieces
1onionchopped
pepperto taste
1tomatochopped
corianderchopped
dried basil leaves
baguettein slices
Instructions
In a saucepan over low heat add the butter and let it melt. When melted add immediately the flour and whisk everything until all is blended. Add the whole milk and keep whisking until there are no lumps. Add the cheese blend gradually and keep whisking until you get a nice thick cream.
