Cut the baguette into 4 pieces and slice them open on the side.
Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella in slices.
Add 1 slice of prosciutto, the tomatoes and then the mozzarella in the baguette. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on top of the mozzarella and drizzle some balsamic vinegar. Add a teaspoon of pesto and some basil leaves to the sandwich.
In a bowl add the olives. Place the dates, mozzarella and prosciutto on the board. Style your board with basil leaves.
