How to Grill
When you’re grilling the skewers, either on stove-top or on a barbecue, be very careful with turning the skewers. Tofu is a very delicate ingredient that falls apart very easily, so you want to be careful when you start turning them around. If you’re using a barbecue, place the skewers on a non-stick grilling mat before placing it on the barbecue. You can also use foil container, but mats are less wasteful and easier to manage for skewers. I also recommend using your hands to hold the skewers on the sticks and turn, if possible.

- 400 gr tofu
- 0.5 cup fajita seasoning mix
- salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- 6 lime quarters garnish
- chopped spring onion garnish
Cut the tofu in squares.
Add the fajita seasoning mix, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the tofu with the seasoning mix.
Weave the tofu onto skewers.
Grill the skewers either on a hot barbecue or on a grilling pan heated with olive oil. Grill the tofu on all sides until grill marks become slightly brown.
Serve the tofu skewers with lime and chopped spring onion as garnish.
