with Caribbean spices to grill on the barbecue

Caribbean Chicken Pinchos Recipe

One dish that we always throw on the barbecue is chicken skewers. This time we decided to up our game when entertaining outdoors and created a Caribbean Chicken Pinchos instead; we are living in the Caribbean after all.

There are many ways to make Caribbean chicken pinchos—and a lot of recipes out these use an array of ingredients—but I found out that with the few ingredients I used I made my own (very tasty) version of chicken pinchos. Especially when entertaining outdoors, like at a bbq where you have to make several dishes, keeping the costs low can be so important.

In this series, we already covered: the appetizer, the cocktail and the first meat dish. Now, you will get the second recipe for another delicious and tasty chicken dish. Over the course of next week, I will post a delicious and semi-healthy side dish. The main ingredient is veggies which technically makes it healthy, right?! That what my mother-in-law says anyways.
