made with unexpected ingredients
While the sun has now starting to shine for most people around the world, where I am the sun shines every day. Well, almost every day. Though my yard is not totally ready yet, we still try to spend as much time possible outside when we have friends of family coming over. We love firing up the grill and sharing bites together. That is why over the course of this summer I will have a dedicated series on the topic of entertaining outdoors. Since we love barbecuing, we will share a lot of barbecue recipes like this one. This garlic sauce recipe is our best creation and perfect for a barbecue or anytime when entertaining outdoors.
Barbecuing was one of our first introduction to adult outdoor entertaining. In our little patio that we shared with our neighbors, with our cheap barbecue, we hosted many dinner parties. I still remember going up and down the stairs to bring everything from our apartment to the patio downstairs. Good ol’ times! We are still rookies, but the great weather all year around gives us plenty of play time outside. Enough time to improve our classic recipes and bedazzle them a bit more. Just like we did with our garlic sauce recipe. I can’t take all credit though, because the seasoning was done by my boyfriend. He was the one who got daring and the results were perfect. This garlic sauce is an excellent dipping sauce to pair with slices of your favorite fresh loaf.
The ultimate garlic sauce recipe you will ever need.
