Easy roast beef slider recipe paired with a glass of beer

Okay, so over the years, I have noticed that there are certain dishes that will always win awards at parties. Bread and dips, yeah! Anything cheese, oh yeah! Sliders, double yeah! So, I had this beef in my freezer and I just couldn’t figure out what to make with it. And then, suddenly, the idea popped in my head. Create an easy roast beef slider recipe that uses just a few ingredients and that will make people lick their fingers at the end. So, I did and I licked my fingers.

I created this easy beef roast slider recipe without the intention to make any time soon. I just wanted to create it, get a feel of the recipe, before committing to it for a gathering and then failing miserably. That has happened before and I was left crying hopelessly on the floor. Not my best moment and since then I always make sure I test all my recipes beforehand. Plus, cooking beef is not my forté. I’m always afraid I’ll overcook it.

This roast beef slider recipe was easier than I thought. I never roasted any beef and I felt slightly out of my league when I saw that I had to tie the beef. I’ve never tied a beef before, but there is nothing YouTube academy can’t teach you. After searching here and there I started tying it in, popped it in the oven, and voilá . . . my roast beef was ready. I have to admit that I originally wanted my beef more medium, but nevertheless, it wasn’t overcooked and it was still soft. Having a meat thermometer is essential though. You see, every oven works differently and every meat is different. Get yourself a thermometer and so you don’t overcook your meat and it comes exactly as you want it to.

But, back to party and sliders. This easy roast beef slider recipe is perfect for a party, game night, or whatever the reason is for you to gather with your tribe. You will love making this easy roast beef slider and they will love eating it. And, you know what happened when people love your food . . . they will love you! Not to be selfish, but this gurl loves a pat on the back from time to time.
