with berry sparkling water and cranberry juice.
A Christmas cocktail must have cranberry in it. My previous mocktail was made with cranberry and so is this one. I just feel like cranberries are a symbol for the holiday season. That’s why when I was looking for a Christmas cocktail recipe I immediately thought of a Berry Gin Fizz. I get to incorporate cranberry juice with my favorite alcohol, gin, but I mellowed it a bit with some berry flavored sparkling water.
But, aside from my fixation on cranberry, there is another reason why I chose to make this combination. Since the holiday season is fastly approaching I am sharing various dishes for your Christmas dinner. I already shared an appetizer platter, a (welcome) mocktail, now this Berry Gin Fizz cocktail recipe, and over the course of the coming weeks, I will be sharing some appetizers and dishes.
The idea behind the recipes is that they are all easy to make and even someone who’s not very skilled in the kitchen can still make them. I made this especially for my fellow 20-somethings who are no kitchen princess but still want to host an amazing Christmas dinner. No way you can screw them up! So stay tuned for all the delicious goodness that is coming your way. Follow me on Instagram or Facebook if you don’t want to miss them.
